This is an annual event that we see every year. It’s also the same one that we had in 2012, but it seems to have been a bit more popular this time. Maybe because of the new year.
Our current business problems is a collection of issues that we’ve gathered and decided to address in our own way. It’s a list of everything that we find ourselves struggling with, and we’re going to do our best to fix it all. Like we tried in 2012, we’re going to start with solving the top problems first and come up with the best solutions for the rest.
We thought that there would be a lot to fix, but instead of fixing it all, we decided to focus on one thing at a time. So we started off with the big issues, and with that we came up with a list of things that we were doing our best to solve.
We started off with the biggest problems, focusing on the health, finances, and finances of our members. We have two main business problems right now. First is the continuing lack of funds. It has been a constant problem in the past and there is no end in sight. In the last year we have lost both of our members. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against the current leader-board on our website, and also we had to find new members for the site. So, we’re running out of money, which is a very difficult situation to deal with.
The second business problem is the constant decline in quality of the site’s content. We are constantly putting out new topics that are of little value to the average website visitor (think ‘junk’ or’spam’) which have the effect of making the site look very amateur. This is especially true for the ‘junk’ topics where content is often just a bunch of filler like forum posts or links to old articles.
It’s very hard to get new content to fill the void. There is a lot of content out there in the world that is of little value to the average website visitor. For example, the only thing that could completely fill the void in this article is a link to a story about a cat. If you look at the topic list we have, there are literally dozens of topics about cats that could have been written about with a few new posts.
This is a problem that we have all too often. We use the Internet as a place to talk about the things that matter to us or that we want to share. But too often we miss out on the most interesting and/or relevant content that would help us as a website or business. We have a tendency to focus so much on the “what” instead of the “why” of it that it makes it hard to build a strong brand.

But there is always a reason for a new business to start, so we can always start with the why. It’s just that we sometimes choose the wrong reason, which leads to us having to start over again.
