This is another great way to feel more present and engaged because it involves walking over to your computer and taking a moment to do that thing you feel is of importance. You could do this for all of your life. It is a great way to make your life more enjoyable.
Actually, maybe it isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I mean, you could do this over and over again and it would get easier and easier to do. But it is a nice way to feel more in the loop. My personal favorite is going to the theater and not worrying about what’s playing on the TV or what I’m supposed to do.
I know the feeling. I’ve had this idea in my head for a long time. But the problem is I have a hard time doing anything, even though it’s a habit. I also keep thinking that if I just do it once, or at most once a year, that will be it.
I always think of this idea as the ultimate “do-nothing,” because it is the ultimate “do-everything” type of life. So you could be a person who is so obsessed with doing nothing that it becomes a habit. I’m so bad at it. I have been known to do nothing for a month, then go read and write for two months, then a month of nothing. I have my days where I just do nothing.
If you’re doing nothing of any kind, the idea of doing a 360 is not a bad one to be a part of. A lot of people might think that is a waste of time, but I don’t think it is.
