If you’ve been on a diet, you’ve probably heard this kind of advice before. You should focus on what you eat, and eat what you need. Focus on what you’re eating. That doesn’t mean you should eat healthy foods, but you should be eating what you need.
Well, when it comes down to it, it’s really all about what you NEED. To get what you need, you have to get what you need. A big part of the “wanting what you need” diet is simply following a meal plan. Like I said, you should focus on what you need. You should eat what you WANT to eat. It doesnt mean you should eat junk food, but you should eat what you NEED.
Eating healthy is a great way to not only eat right, but it also makes you feel better. So don’t worry about looking like an idiot eating the wrong things because youre doing the right thing. And as far as making you feel better, the best way to make yourself feel better is to focus on eating the things that you like to eat. Like I said above, focus on what you WANT to eat.
Youll never go hungry if you eat healthy. Eat the foods that you know you like. If youve ever heard of the theory that “bad food makes you fat”, then you understand its potential power. So focus on what you like. And if you dont like it, then dont eat it. And if you can’t stomach it, then stop eating it. It would be best if you couldnt put it in your mouth so you could have a healthy meal.
This is probably my favorite part of this list because it really shows how many of our habits are the same as every other piece of our lives. We eat this or that, we exercise this or that, we have this or that thought that we want to achieve, or we have that desire that we want to get rid of. We even think, “I want to eat this!” and “I want to exercise this!”. And we do it.
We eat these things and then we start thinking of all the different things we could do with these things, and it’s like a never ending cycle of self obsession. This is the problem with our society. We are so obsessed with finding new ways to get rid of our bad habits (and some good ones too) in order to make our bad habits work for us.
You can call it “obsession” all you want, but it’s a mental disorder. It’s an addiction. It’s a mental illness to think, you want to do this and you want to do that. It’s an obsession to do the opposite of what we need to do to feel good about ourselves and to not have to do those things we don’t want to do because we don’t want to do them.
I know it sounds bad. I know it sounds disgusting. I know it sounds like a disease, a disease that will kill me if I don’t get help. But this is not a disease. This is a way to live. I know it sounds like a bad idea, but it is not. Its not a bad idea because it is good for us, not because it is bad.
So what if we just say that we’re bad because we don’t like to do the things we want to do. I know you are going to tell me that I’m a bad person, but the more you tell me that I’m a bad person, the more I start to understand that I am you. And me, I’m me.
We all feel bad at one point in our lives, and that’s totally normal. Whether or not we have a disease is really irrelevant. We just have to learn how to get better. We are all suffering from something or other, and its a good thing that we are all suffering.
