I recently was in New York City, and was reading an article about book publishers using blogs as a marketing method for their publications. I’ve been a book publisher for more than 15 years, and I have to say that the use of blogs as marketing methods for books is something that I’ve done my whole career. There are a couple of things that I find interesting about this method of marketing. First, it seems to be the most effective approach when it comes to marketing for an e-book.

The advantage of this technique is that authors and publishers get to see each other face to face, which allows them to talk about their book in person and make it seem more like a real conversation.
