As long as the slogan is from a soft drink, it is okay.

That is why you have to be careful with Coca-Cola. As one of the most recognizable and best-selling soft drinks around, Coke has a reputation of being a hard drink. The Times article goes on to say that the Coca-Cola logo is based on the Coca-Cola of Russia’s logo, rather than the Coca-Cola of the US. The article makes no mention of the difference between the two, but it is obvious to anyone who has ever tried Coke that this difference is important.
It’s almost like Coca-Cola is the Russian version of Coca-Cola. One difference is that they use the same logo and it’s not the same.
