The most important thing in terms of self-awareness in the end-user is understanding how to use it. Since your self-awareness is so important for the people who interact with you, it’s great that we can do some self-awareness work in a way that doesn’t require human interaction. But you have to ask yourself, what’s a good way to do it? I think self-awareness can do a lot more than that.

We’re not there yet. We have to do it as a group. We have to start making some new connections in the right way, building some new relationships, and showing that we are a great group to interact with over the long term. To get a clearer picture of this, we sent the first ten companies to be monitored to a site where they could answer a question about their website. Each company received a different question, and they were asked to rate how much they were using their tool. As you can see, each company was very different. For example, one company had a site that was about 10% organic monitoring, while another had a site that was 100% organic monitoring.
