If you’ve been reading a lot of blogs and books about wellness, then you’ve probably heard and read a lot about the distinction between peak and pique, as well as the idea that we all have peaks and piques.
If you’re an avid user of these things, then you might find that it’s actually easier to just keep your feet on the floor and try to stay on top of them. I mean, if you’re not on a plateau, you’re pretty much dead.
This is actually a really interesting distinction. The idea behind the pique theory is that we all have a pique point, the point at which we are no longer motivated to do the things we used to be motivated to do. For example, if youre an avid reader of a particular book, you will have a peak of when you were reading that book and at that point, you become motivated to read it again.
The pique theory is really a little better than the plateau theory because it implies you have a natural base level that you can fall off of. You don’t use to be motivated to write a book or read one, but now you can. You have a peak, at which you are motivated to write and read, but at which you are not motivated to do other things, like buying a car. The plateau point is when you are no longer motivated to do those types of things.
The pique theory is a little better than the plateau theory because it implies that you have a natural base level and that you can fall off of that peak, but plateau theory is better because it implies that you have a natural base level and that you can fall off of that peak, but you still want to learn more.
In my research I have found that most people are motivated to do that type of thing because they are motivated to do it. I’ve found that most people are motivated to do those things because they are motivated to do it. But I’m not saying that there is a perfect way to get on the page, but I’m not saying that you shouldn’t do those things because you don’t want to become a victim.
I think you would be better off if you did the things that were on your peak, and then you could learn more from that. I dont think you should be ashamed of your peak, but it is not for everyone.
It’s a similar question to whether you should be ashamed of your Pique. I think your Pique is not a bad thing, just not a good thing. Im not sure which way you are leaning though. Maybe you should be ashamed of your Pique, but you can also be proud of your peak.
When you have a healthy respect for peak and you know what you are doing, what you are doing is not so bad. Pique is like an addiction. It is a way to find yourself. It is a way to make yourself useful and comfortable in your own skin. Pique is a path to a better life. A peak is not a bad thing either. It is a healthy thing. You can have a peak and still be a good person.
