We tend to go for self-care when we’re not in the mood or need to do so. Some of you might think we are crazy and are worried about you. We’re all crazy people and we’re human beings. As the days go by, we get to spend more time thinking about what we’re thinking, and what we’re doing, and, most of the time, what we’re thinking about.
One day, being out in the world, we don’t have to be afraid to be alone. One day we can be truly alone, without our phones, computers, and other distractions. One day we can sit down to a meal and eat alone, without even having to talk to anyone. One day we can sit down in a park and just be.
Good news, we’re all on the same page.
While the above is true, I think there is often a bit of a disconnect between what we are thinking about and what we are actually doing. For example, I think I would be less likely to get drunk if I had a beer in my hand. Because if I am drunk, I am probably not going to be able to drive. I think I would be less likely to spend hours on the internet. Because I would be less likely to sit in front of my computer and write a blog.
A good analogy, I believe, is that there is a time when we are really good at something. We are really good at what we are doing and we are doing it really well. Then there is a time when we are really bad at something. We are really bad at what we are doing. We are really bad at what we are doing. At least, that’s my experience.
I think what drives this is the fact that we are all different, and our abilities vary. I know people who are good at math and people who are really good at it. I know people who are really bad at math. I know people who are really good at the piano. I know people who are really good at something and terrible at something else. I know people who are really good at everything and terrible at everything.
It’s a complex and ambiguous world out there. And we are all different in our own ways, so we need to be able to distinguish who is the good person and who is the bad person. Our ability to do this is limited by our cognitive skills, so we have to do it without thinking, but if we think we are doing the right thing, we are right.
It’s true that the world is complex and ambiguous, and that we are all different. But we don’t have to be or act like it. We can be what we want to be. We can be who we want to be. People with different backgrounds tend to have different abilities to make such distinctions, so it makes it easy to be who we are.
How many times do you think we were wrong? Its all about time. Even when we’re on autopilot, we can’t do much, because time is a variable. We don’t have time, and we need time to get out of the way but we have to do it. The world is a very complex thing, and with the help of our brains, we can make sense of it. Time is a variable, so we need time to get out of the way.
