I think the main reason I don’t share posts of my own stories is because I don’t want to appear as “someone making my life a living hell.” The truth is, I have my own hell. I can’t share it, so I don’t want to be judged for being so.
I’m going to share mine on my post so you can see for yourself if i want to. But if you think i want to share it, then maybe i have to do it.
For me, post sharing is a bit like the difference between posting to a forum and posting to an online store. With a forum, you post your message to everyone, and they can read it. With an online store, you post only in-store so there are no members of the outside world to judge your post. Since posting to an online store is basically just posting to a forum, I think it makes sense that someone would post to my story because they would be judged by everyone.
When you can be seen with your post, you have a choice. So you decide to post to the forum for me. And I’m pretty sure that I have the courage to do that. I don’t know what other people think about the idea of posting to the forums.
I think the point here is to understand that a post to your story is like a post to any other forum. It is not some secret place where you are so secure you dont even know what’s in it.
This is a really good point. Because if you are a member of a forum, you are supposed to know about the other members. And you should. Just because someone is on the other side of the world doesn’t mean you can’t know what they post. But we still shouldn’t have to do it.
I think most of us have a pretty good idea about what we post on a forum, but we can’t always be 100% sure of this. We go to websites, we check our post history, etc. If the post is in a secret place, we have no idea about it.
And that’s why people who post on the internet are often worried that the post owners will find out about them.
Well, that’s why we shouldnt post on the internet. Its far too easy for someone to find out what we post on the internet. A lot of times, someone will start a thread about a particular subject, and just read through the thread and leave a comment, or even post a message. And most of the time, that comment is something along the lines of “I read this thread on the internet and thought it was cool. I didnt realize that you can post anything here.
But we don’t know what you are asking in any of these comments. We don’t know if you are asking for information about the post or asking us to post information on the internet.
